By accessing and using Acceso, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use Acceso for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Acceso
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

When purchasing tickets through Acceso:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Ticket prices are set by event organizers and may include service fees
• You are responsible for verifying event details before purchase
• Refunds are subject to the event organizer's refund policy
• Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced

Event organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events. In such cases:

• You will be notified via email if an event is cancelled or changed
• Refund policies are determined by the event organizer
• Acceso is not responsible for event cancellations or changes
• Service fees may be non-refundable

Payments for tickets purchased through Acceso are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By completing a purchase, you agree to the processing of your payment in accordance with Stripe's terms and services, available at stripe.com/legal.

Acceso is the merchant of record for ticket sales. Stripe facilitates the technical processing of your payment. Refunds, when applicable under the event organizer's policy, may be issued via the same payment method and are processed through our payment provider. Disputes and chargebacks are subject to the rules of the card networks and our payment processor.

Refunds for ticket purchases are governed by the event organizer's refund policy. When a refund is approved by the organizer, we will process it to the original payment method; platform or payment processor service fees may be non-refundable. For event cancellations or significant changes, the organizer will determine whether a full or partial refund applies. Contact the event organizer or our support team for refund requests.

When creating an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may not use Acceso:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

Acceso and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
